I volunteer with a few non-profits on conservation projects in British Columbia. While working away, the “what do you do for work” conversation inevitably comes up. Should I Apply for Google Ads for Non-Profits?

If you qualify for the program you should absolutely apply for the program! You can check the eligibility requirements here. Ensure you are reviewing the eligibility requirements for your country. Once you are sure you meet the criteria for the Google Ad Grant for Non-Profits, you can move on to the next step!

To get started with your Google for Non-Profits application visit this page. The approval process may take a few weeks. Google for Non-Profits will email you once your application is complete.

Apply for Google Ads Grants for Non-Profits

Next, Sign in to Google for Non-profits, click “Active Products” then “Get Started” under Google Ad Grants, and fill out the assessment by clicking the eligibility form link. Click “Activate” to submit your organization for review. This should also be accessible from the link in your email.

Accept Google Ad Grant and Billing Profile

You will receive another email once approved for your Google Ad Grant. Click the “Accept Invitation” link in your email to launch Google Ads. You will also need to accept the billing profile, which you will receive in another email. Click “Accept”
